And the more I learned about how different brains actually work — the neuroscience of focus, motivation, and executive function — the more one thing became clear: the problem wasn't effort. Every productivity tool I'd ever used was built for a different kind of brain. I'd spent years blaming myself for the mismatch.

So I stopped trying to fix my brain and started building for it.
